Formula 1’s hospitality suite was transformed into a realm of scent and sophistication, offering guests a rare opportunity to embark on a personalized fragrance journey. Commissioned to curate an unforgettable experience, we set up a bespoke Olfaction Bar for VIP guests and designed luxury gifts for key stakeholders, all tailored to embody the spirit of Formula 1.
At the heart of the activation was a multisensory exploration. Guests explored four distinct fragrance categories — floral, woody, fresh, and oriental — displayed on elegantly designed boards. Each scent was presented in artistic scent tubes, inviting attendees to lift the inverted funnels and immerse themselves in captivating aromas. For added intrigue, larger dispensers showcased raw perfume elements, their textures and forms artfully displayed to educate and inspire. With color-coded cards streamlining the process, guests selected their preferred fragrances, which were then blended and bottled on-site by our team, ensuring a unique and personal keepsake for every participant.
The luxury gift sets added yet another exclusive touch. Each box held a customized perfume bottle adorned with the F1 logo and designs inspired by the energy of the racetrack. Meticulously packaged in sleek, branded boxes, these gifts exuded elegance, creating an impression as bold as the F1 brand itself.
The activation showcased our expertise in crafting immersive and bespoke experiences, seamlessly blending luxury and creativity under the Formula 1 banner.
