Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team at PARFUMERY. This role is perfect for someone who has a flair for creating engaging content and managing social media platforms, along with liaising with the tech team for website product management.

  • Collaborate with the tech team to update and manage product listings on our website.
  • Keep the website fresh and engaging by regularly updating banners and product details.

Job Overview: As a Community Engagement Specialist at PARFUMERY, you will be the voice and ears of our brand. This role involves managing customer interactions on social media, reaching out to influencers, creating engaging newsletters, and utilizing WhatsApp for customer engagement.

Role Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media and WhatsApp.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and manage our ambassador program.
  • Create and distribute engaging newsletters for our B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Segment audiences and tailor communication strategies for different customer groups.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics and feedback.
  • Curate and execute events to engage customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, community management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
